Another make ahead and bake later option, these Lemon Crinkle Cookies are great anytime of year.  Of course they make use of our Sunny Lemon Pound Cake.  For a holiday twist add a little colored sugar on the icing.

A little more involved but oh so worth it.  Make sure you get the mini peanut butter cups.  They come in a bag are smaller than the miniature cups and are not wrapped.

All you need is the standard egg and butter, the mini peanut butter cups and chocolate chips.

Here’s a new twist on a Christmas cookie classic – almond bark Twisty Grahams.

This is as simple as it gets!  Twisty Grahams, Almond Bark and colored sprinkles!

Note:  I make this a little different and it is actually easier.

I mix the Classy Chocolate Cake Mix with the egg and butter as directed but then add 1 drop of Peppermint oil.  I bake the cookie as directed but after cooling, I ice the cookie with standard store-bought white icing and top with crushed candy canes.
