Uses Spinach and Herb and Garlic Garlic.

Want to make this heartier?  You can easily add chicken

Simple Chicken Pot Pie

This classic recipe is as close to the recipe I use as I can find.

My recipe uses standard pie crust on the top and bottom.  I make the soup on the stove and add the seasoning, veggies and chicken then pour into a pie crust.

Bake at 425 for 40 minutes.  Let stand a few minutes before serving.

Note:   You may have extra filling.  Save for another meal.

Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

This soup is so easy to make and will keep you warm on these cold days of January.

All you need is Garlic Garlic and Onion Onion.

Hint:  If you make a batch of Magic Chicken, you have the start of the broth.  Just strain the broth and add more water.

Mini Pizza Meatloafs

Meatloaf is a great comfort food but it can take awhile to bake in the oven.

Wahoo Chili Recipes

Event Better Idea:  Follow the Make Ahead Instructions to save even more time.

Wahoo White Chicken Chili

This quick and easy chili is great for those who prefer to limit their beef intake.   Actually it is great for anyone.

With 15 minutes prep time and another 15 minutes to heat, you can get dinner on the table in 30 minutes.

Cheesy Mac and Cheese Skillet

One pot 30 minute comfort food that your kids will enjoy.

Who said Wahoo Chili was only for chili?

Corn Black Bean Enchiladas

These yummy enchiladas are also easy to make.  Total time is 45 minutes.

The recipe takes advantage of Makin Magic Chicken.  If you do not have any on hand you can cook up some chicken in a skillet, but this will add prep time.

It also uses Corn Black Bean Salsa, a staple in my enchilada recipes.

Tex-Mex Chicken & Tortellini

Found a new slow cooker recipe! With our virtual conference I needed something because I am tied up. This one combines Mexican (tortellini) with our Corn Black Bean Salsa.

Slow Cooked Ribs

Easiest Ribs I have ever made!
Slow Cooker
– 1/2 c water in greased crock.
– 1 rack of ribs cut in half with membrane removed on back (as much as you can)
– Seasoned with Makin Magic Chicken (or Onion Onion, Garlic Garlic and Seasoned Salt)
Cover and cook on low for 8 hrs (or high for 4 hrs) I did 2 hrs on low, 2 on high and another 2 on low to save some time.
Set oven to 375°
Place ribs on baking sheet. Be careful when removing because they will be falling off the bone.
Slather with TS Smokey Bacon BBQ sauce and bake for 10 min.
Serve with any sides you like!

Salmon Garlic Butter Pasta

I “Tastefully Simpleized” this recipe. I don’t keep garlic on hand because I have Garlic Garlic. One tsp of Garlic Garlic = 1 garlic clove so 4 tsp of Garlic Garlic for the win!

I also used Seasoned Pepper and Seasoned Salt in place of regular pepper and salt.
